Brief info

Vivian Camacho is currently working on her Ph.D. in quantifying uncertainties in contaminant transport in rivers at the University of Sheffield. She received her Master’s Degree in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering from the UNESCO-IHE Institute in the Netherlands and her BS in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech in the United States. Vivian has worked studying the link between rain and runoff processes in semi-arid environments. She also worked as an environmental engineer to ensure sustainable and conscious manufacturing. Her areas of interest include the modeling of water quality and the estimation of uncertainty, runoff and tracing hydrology processes, surface and underground water hydrology, among others. Vivian is also a volunteer with the Water Youth Network. Vivian was born and raised in Bolivia.
